No menu online here: it’s written in chalk above the counter, and you discover it as you walk in. Pancakes by the stack, savoury waffles in the morning and loaded waffles at lunch, starring the house favourite, the Cowgirl.

Opened in 2015 by a Texan family, the Texas Coffee House brings the best of Texas to Mons: a warm welcome, homestyle desserts and great coffee. Anoushka, Renaud and their team still greet you with a “Hi, bonjour!” as you walk in.
